Sylvanus

My beloved comrade and travelling companion – Sylvanus the piratical rod puppet. Sylvanus has performed with me at pirate festivals, winter solstice celebrations and with medieval musicians at London’s The Idler Academy, amongst other occasions. Puppet structure made under the expertise of the Little Angel Theatre’s Lyndie Wright in 2008, and costume elements developed since then, with the help of many flea markets and car boot sales. Sylvanus is named after a druid we encountered at the 2008 Stonehenge Winter Solstice.
